My husband is David and our three children are Gabriel, Rafael and Arela ... Sifuentes Family. We have called Kauai home for over nine years (David has lived here since Iniki) and we live, work and attend school & church in Kapaa. Aloha, We Deliver! started operations in November 2005. As a busy mother, I recognized a niche in the restaurant industry ... wanting to have Chinese food delivered! Born was a restaurant meals delivery service providing delivery of take-out meals from participating restaurants to the residents and visitors of Kapaa. Delivering meals served in the typical Styrofoam take-out container was simply unacceptable. From day one our participating restaurants were provided biodegradable and recycled packaging. In keeping with the mission to operate in an environmentally friendly capacity and initiate innovative ways to improve the quality of life locally and globally... we expanded and became the first distributor on Kauai for the biodegradable, recycled and compostable packaging materials that are supplied to our restaurants. As an active environmentalist, I volunteer and participate in multiple environmental non-profit organizations on island. Visit "Our Commitment" page to learn more! I was one of the coordinators for Kauai's 2007 Sustainability Conference and was awarded the Kauai Green Business Initiative Award by the Kauai Rotary Club! Most recently, as a volunteer for Zero Waste Kauai, I helped coordinate the resource stream diversion for Taste of Hawaii 2008.
